Story

I overheard someone say they hate their job.
Unsure if they should quit.
Laughing about it like it was normal.
And I thought that, … maybe that’s just adult life.
Unless you design a life you don’t need to escape from.

I spoke about it with a friend, and he asked me what i thought.
Because honestly, my life needs no escape.
Its like I've reached escape velocity.
Everything I do compounds,

Journaling gives me clarity

Training gives me power

Creating gives me purpose

There's a unique kind of joy I get from this,
from becoming better as an individual.
from being the story.

The unexamined life begs for distraction
not because it’s empty, but because it’s unshaped.

Become

Designing a life you don’t need to escape doesn’t mean it’s free of struggle.
It means the struggle feels worth it.
Because it’s part of something you chose.

You are the artist.
Your life is the marble.
Pick up the chisel and start carving.
